Welcome to Envy salon .
We kindly ask that you review the following Terms and Conditions to ensure a pleasant and proffesional exoerience at our Salon.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following:
1. Appointments
• Booking: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your desired time. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service to accommodate other clients.
2. Pricing
• Service Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the price of your service during your consultation.
• Additional Services: Any additional services or treatments added on the day of your appointment will be charged accordingly.
3. Refund Policy
• Services: We strive for excellence in all services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Refunds are not provided for services, only corrections.
• Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for exchange. Opened or used products cannot be refunded but may be exchanged under certain conditions.
4. Health and Safety
• Client Information: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions if full disclosure has not been made.
• Hygiene: We maintain strict hygiene protocols. Tools are sanitized between clients, and disposable items are used where necessary. • COVID-19 Protocols: Please adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the time of your visit, such as wearing masks or social distancing as required by local guidelines.
5. Children and Pets
• Children: For the safety of all, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. • Pets: Only service animals are permitted in the salon.
6. Gift Cards and Vouchers
• Usage: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Lost/Stolen: Envy Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers.
8. Promotions and Discounts
• Any promotions or discounts must be redeemed within the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
9. Privacy Policy
• Any personal information provided to Envy Salon during booking or consultations is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. For marketing purposes, we may send you salon updates and offers if you have opted in.

10. Rights to Refuse Service
• Envy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or breach of these terms and conditions.
